Role Summary: The Audit Executive will be responsible for conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. This role involves assessing financial records, operational processes, and risk management frameworks to identify areas for improvement and ensure the integrity of business operations within Devyani International Limited.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan and execute internal audit assignments across various business units and locations.
2. Review financial statements, transactional data, and accounting records for accuracy and compliance.
3. Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and identify control weaknesses.
4. Assess operational efficiency and recommend process improvements.
5. Prepare detailed audit reports, including findings, recommendations, and action plans.
6. Follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations and ensure timely closure of issues.
7. Conduct special investigations as required.
8. Stay updated with relevant accounting standards, auditing practices, and regulatory changes.
