Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Audit Executive to join our finance and audit team. The Audit Executive will be responsible for conducting internal audits, assessing financial records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements within our Indian operations. This role is crucial in safeguarding company assets and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute internal audit engagements in accordance with the annual audit plan.
• Review financial statements, transactions, and accounting records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Assess internal controls and identify control weaknesses and operational inefficiencies.
• Prepare clear and concise audit reports, including findings, recommendations, and management action plans.
• Follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations and management responses.
• Conduct special investigations and reviews as required.
• Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies as needed.
• Stay updated with relevant accounting standards, auditing principles, and industry best practices.
