Audit Executive - BPM (Mumbai)

We are seeking a diligent and analytical Audit Executive with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting internal audits, assessing risks, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements within our Business Process Management (BPM) operations. This role requires a strong understanding of audit principles and the ability to identify areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute internal audits across various business functions, focusing on operational efficiency, financial controls, and compliance.

Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, policies, and procedures.

Identify control weaknesses, risks, and non-compliance issues, and recommend practical solutions.

Prepare detailed audit reports, documenting findings, recommendations, and action plans.

Follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations and assess their effectiveness.

Assist in the development and review of audit programs and methodologies.

Stay updated with industry best practices, regulatory changes, and emerging risks relevant to the BPM sector.

Collaborate with different departments to gather information and facilitate audit processes.
