Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Audit Executive with a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree to join our dynamic team in Thane. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in internal audit, focusing on financial and operational processes within the events and live entertainment industry. You will be responsible for conducting audits, identifying risks, and recommending improvements to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct internal audits of financial and operational processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
Analyze audit findings, identify control weaknesses, and develop practical recommendations for remediation.
Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to extract and analyze large datasets for audit purposes.
Prepare comprehensive audit reports, including observations, risks, and proposed action plans.
Follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations and assess their effectiveness.
Assist in special investigations and ad-hoc projects as required.
Collaborate with various departments to understand business processes and controls.
Stay updated with industry best practices, regulatory changes, and emerging audit technologies.
