Audit Manager

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Audit Manager to join our Jaipur team. This role is crucial in ensuring the financial integrity and operational efficiency of our fitness and wellness programs. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and reporting on audits across various departments. This is an excellent opportunity for a B.Sc graduate with 1-3 years of experience in auditing to grow their career in a dynamic and rapidly expanding industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes.

Examine financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll, to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Identify areas of non-compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.

Prepare detailed audit reports, including findings, recommendations, and action plans for management.

Follow up on audit recommendations to ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.

Collaborate with external auditors as needed.

Assist in the development and refinement of audit procedures and methodologies.
