Audit Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Audit Manager to join our dynamic team. The Audit Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and reporting on financial and operational audits across our global FinTech operations. This role requires a deep understanding of the payments industry, regulatory compliance, and risk management principles. The ideal candidate will lead audit engagements, manage audit staff, and provide strategic insights to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive audit plans for financial, operational, and compliance audits.
• Assess internal controls, identify control weaknesses, and recommend remediation strategies.
• Manage audit projects from planning to completion, including resource allocation and timeline management.
• Communicate audit findings and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in auditing.
• Mentor and develop junior audit staff.
