Audit Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Audit Manager to join our growing team. The Audit Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and reporting on internal audits across various business functions of the company. This role is crucial in ensuring the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes within our NBFC operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive audit plans based on risk assessments.
- Conduct financial, operational, and compliance audits to evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls.
- Identify control weaknesses, non-compliance issues, and areas for operational improvement.
- Prepare detailed audit reports, including findings, recommendations, and management action plans.
- Follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations and assess their effectiveness.
- Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies as required.
- Stay updated on relevant industry regulations, accounting standards, and best practices in auditing.
- Supervise and mentor junior audit staff.
