Role Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automation Architect with an M.Tech degree to join our dynamic team in Indore. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing robust automation solutions within the healthcare sector. You will be instrumental in driving efficiency and innovation through automation across our hospital operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and architect end-to-end automation solutions for various hospital processes, including patient care, administrative functions, and operational workflows.
- Evaluate and select appropriate automation tools, technologies, and platforms based on project requirements and organizational standards.
- Develop and implement automation strategies, roadmaps, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, clinical, operations) to understand needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Lead the development and deployment of automation scripts, workflows, and integrations.
- Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of all automation solutions.
- Conduct performance testing, troubleshooting, and optimization of automated systems.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior automation engineers.
- Stay abreast of emerging automation technologies and trends in the healthcare industry.
