Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automation Architect to design, develop, and implement comprehensive automation strategies across our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various automation technologies and a proven track record of driving efficiency and innovation through automation. This role will be instrumental in shaping our automation roadmap and ensuring successful adoption of automated solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a holistic automation strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Design and architect robust, scalable, and efficient automation solutions for various business processes.
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate automation tools, technologies, and platforms.
- Lead the implementation of automation initiatives, from proof-of-concept to full-scale deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and define requirements.
- Define best practices, standards, and governance for automation development and deployment.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to automation engineers and developers.
- Monitor the performance of automated systems and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in automation and AI.
