Job Description
Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Automation Architect to design, develop, and implement robust automation strategies and solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of automation technologies, best practices, and a proven ability to lead complex automation initiatives. You will be responsible for defining the automation roadmap, selecting appropriate tools, and ensuring the successful integration of automation into client workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and own the overall automation strategy and architecture for client engagements.
- Evaluate and recommend automation tools, platforms, and technologies.
- Design and implement end-to-end automation solutions across various domains (e.g., DevOps, testing, RPA, infrastructure).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and define requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to automation engineers and developers.
- Ensure the scalability, reliability, and maintainability of automation solutions.
- Establish and enforce automation best practices, standards, and governance.
- Conduct proof-of-concepts and pilot projects for new automation initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze automation performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimizations.
