Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Automation Developer to join our dynamic team at Larsen & Toubro. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated solutions to streamline our infrastructure, transport, and real estate projects. You will work closely with project teams to identify opportunities for automation, develop scripts and tools, and ensure the successful integration of automated processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows and scripts for various project phases.
- Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to understand automation requirements.
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in existing processes and propose automated solutions.
- Develop and integrate APIs and microservices to support automation initiatives.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation scripts and systems.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in automation and apply them to enhance project delivery.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for automation processes and tools.
- Ensure compliance with L&T's standards and best practices for software development and automation.
