Role Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Automation Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated solutions to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and improve data quality within our investment management operations. This role requires a strong understanding of automation tools, scripting languages, and a passion for driving technological innovation in the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows and scripts for various business processes, including data ingestion, reconciliation, reporting, and trade execution.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, identify automation opportunities, and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and implement robust testing strategies for automated solutions to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance.
- Integrate automation tools with existing systems and platforms, including trading systems, portfolio management systems, and data warehouses.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation scripts and processes.
- Continuously evaluate and recommend new automation technologies and best practices.
- Document automation solutions, processes, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies.
