We are seeking a motivated Automation Developer with 3-4 years of experience and a BBA/BBM degree to join our dynamic team in Jaipur. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong understanding of business processes and a passion for leveraging technology to drive efficiency and innovation. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions that streamline operations and enhance productivity within our analytics and KPO functions.
Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement automation scripts and workflows using relevant tools and technologies.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure automation solutions meet business needs.
- Test and validate automation solutions to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation processes.
- Document automation processes, procedures, and technical specifications.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of automation frameworks and best practices.
- Stay updated with emerging automation technologies and trends.
