Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Automation Engineer with a strong background in pharmaceutical sciences and a Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharma) degree to join our dynamic team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will leverage their domain expertise and automation skills to design, develop, and implement automated solutions for our hardware and networking infrastructure, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and compliance within our pharmaceutical-related projects. This role requires 4-6 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement automated testing frameworks for hardware and networking components relevant to pharmaceutical operations.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to streamline validation processes, data analysis, and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality Assurance, and IT, to understand automation requirements and integrate solutions.
- Analyze existing manual processes and identify opportunities for automation to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation scripts, tools, and infrastructure.
- Ensure that all automation activities adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant pharmaceutical industry regulations.
- Document automation procedures, test cases, and results comprehensively.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in automation technologies and pharmaceutical industry best practices.
