Role Summary: We are seeking a skilled Automation Engineer with 3-5 years of experience and a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree to join our dynamic team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated testing solutions for complex urban transport systems. This role requires a strong analytical mindset and a passion for ensuring the quality and reliability of our cutting-edge technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts for various urban transport applications, including traffic management systems, passenger information systems, and ticketing solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, business analysts) to understand project requirements and translate them into effective test strategies.
- Design and execute test cases, identify defects, and report them clearly and concisely.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous integration and deployment.
- Analyze test results, generate reports, and provide feedback to improve product quality.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in automation testing and urban mobility.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
