We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Automation Engineer with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. This role is ideal for an MBA/PGDM graduate looking to leverage their analytical and strategic thinking skills in optimizing our printing and publishing workflows. You will be instrumental in identifying, developing, and implementing automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze current printing and publishing processes to identify areas for automation and improvement.
Design and develop automation scripts and workflows using relevant tools and technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, IT, production) to understand their needs and implement effective automation solutions.
Test and validate automation solutions to ensure accuracy, reliability, and efficiency.
Monitor and maintain automated systems, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
Document automation processes, procedures, and system configurations.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our automation strategies and best practices.
