Automation Test Engineer - Clinical Research / Contract Research (2-3 Yrs Exp)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Automation Test Engineer with 2-3 years of experience and an M.Tech degree to join our growing team in Thiruvananthapuram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of our clinical research software and systems. This role requires a strong understanding of software testing methodologies, automation frameworks, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical research environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable automated test scripts for web and desktop applications using industry-standard tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Cypress).
- Collaborate with development teams, business analysts, and quality assurance leads to understand project requirements and translate them into comprehensive test cases.
- Execute automated test suites, analyze results, and report defects with clear, concise documentation.
- Identify and advocate for opportunities to increase test automation coverage.
- Participate in the review of test plans, test strategies, and test cases.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and other relevant regulatory guidelines.
- Troubleshoot and debug automation issues, providing timely resolutions.
