Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our Aviation & Aerospace division. This role will involve contributing to the strategic development, project management, and operational excellence within our aerospace and defense manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within the Indian aviation and aerospace industry, with a focus on industrial equipment and machinery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the planning and execution of complex aerospace and defense manufacturing projects.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of advanced manufacturing technologies and processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, quality assurance, and supply chain.
• Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities within the Indian aviation and aerospace sector.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Assist in the management of key stakeholder relationships, including government agencies and clients.
• Prepare technical reports, proposals, and presentations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.
