Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Aviation Engineer with 1-3 years of experience and an MBA/PGDM to join our team in Surat. This role involves contributing to the design, development, and optimization of aviation-related components and systems within our industrial equipment manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will leverage their business acumen and technical understanding to enhance product efficiency, manage project timelines, and contribute to strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the technical evaluation and selection of aviation-grade materials and components for industrial machinery.
- Contribute to the conceptualization and design of new aviation-integrated systems or modifications to existing equipment.
- Analyze performance data of aviation components and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, production, sales) to ensure project goals are met.
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines for aviation-related initiatives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for innovation in aviation-influenced product lines.
- Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Support business development efforts by articulating the technical advantages of our aviation-integrated solutions.
