Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Aviation Engineer with a Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharma) degree to join our innovative team in Chennai. This role is crucial for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our specialized equipment and systems within the medical devices and equipment sector. You will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and quality assurance of aviation-related components and processes integral to our pharmaceutical manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and calibration of specialized equipment and systems, including those with aviation-grade components.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to equipment operation and performance, ensuring minimal disruption to production.
Ensure adherence to all relevant safety regulations, quality standards, and documentation protocols.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to support new product development and process improvements.
Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and inventory.
Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for equipment operation and maintenance.
