Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Aviation Engineer with 3-4 years of experience to join our growing team in Gurgaon. This role is crucial for optimizing our supply chain and logistics operations, leveraging aviation principles to enhance efficiency and reduce costs within the retail sector. The ideal candidate will have a practical, hands-on approach and a strong understanding of operational workflows, even without a formal graduation degree. You will work closely with our logistics and operations teams to identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and optimize flight paths and logistics networks for efficient delivery of goods within the retail supply chain.
- Monitor and manage aviation-related operational data, identifying trends and potential bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with ground operations teams to ensure seamless integration of air and ground logistics.
- Assist in the development and implementation of safety protocols and standard operating procedures related to air cargo handling and transportation.
- Conduct on-site assessments of logistics hubs and operational sites to identify areas for improvement.
- Support the procurement and maintenance of aviation-related equipment or services as needed.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and propose practical, cost-effective solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of operational activities and prepare regular reports for management.
