We are seeking a motivated Aviation Engineering professional with 1-3 years of experience and a Master of Arts degree to join our team in Thiruvananthapuram. This role will involve supporting various aviation-related projects within our agricultural operations, focusing on areas that enhance efficiency and safety in our fleet management and operational logistics. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical aptitude and a desire to apply engineering principles to real-world agricultural challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of aviation-related projects in agriculture, forestry, and fishing sectors.
* Conduct research and analysis on aviation technologies relevant to crop dusting, aerial surveillance, and logistical support.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate aviation solutions into existing agricultural workflows.
* Support the maintenance and operational readiness of aerial assets, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
* Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations on project progress and findings.
* Contribute to the development of new strategies and processes for optimizing the use of aviation in our operations.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to aviation equipment and systems.
