Ayurved Practitioner - Corporate Wellness

Role Summary: We are seeking a qualified and experienced Ayurved Practitioner to join our team and contribute to our corporate wellness program. The Ayurved Practitioner will be responsible for providing holistic health consultations, developing personalized wellness plans, and conducting workshops on Ayurvedic principles for our employees. This role aims to promote employee well-being, reduce stress, and enhance overall health within the legal industry context.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual consultations to assess client health status using Ayurvedic principles (e.g., pulse diagnosis, tongue diagnosis).
• Develop personalized Ayurvedic treatment plans, including diet, lifestyle recommendations, herbal remedies, and detoxification therapies.
• Educate employees on Ayurvedic concepts, stress management techniques, and preventive healthcare.
• Organize and conduct workshops and seminars on topics such as healthy eating, mindfulness, and seasonal wellness.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
• Collaborate with HR and wellness teams to integrate Ayurvedic practices into the broader corporate wellness strategy.
• Stay updated with the latest research and developments in Ayurveda and corporate wellness.
