We are seeking a skilled and motivated Back End Developer to join our dynamic technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust server-side applications, APIs, and databases that support our cutting-edge biotechnology research and development initiatives. You will play a crucial role in building scalable and efficient software solutions that drive innovation within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement scalable back-end services and APIs using languages like Python, Java, or Node.js.
- Manage and optimize relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Implement security and data protection best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
