Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and organized Back Office Operations professional with 3-4 years of experience and an MBA/PGDM degree to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and streamlining various administrative and operational functions to ensure the smooth functioning of our corporate office in Vishakhapatnam. This role requires a proactive approach, strong analytical skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily administrative tasks, including document control, record keeping, and correspondence management.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient workflow and information dissemination.
- Assist in budget tracking, expense management, and financial reporting for the department.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required by management.
- Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes for office supplies and services.
- Support in the implementation and monitoring of operational policies and procedures.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, addressing queries and resolving issues.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
