Role Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual for a Back Office role within our Emerging Technologies division. The successful candidate will support various administrative and operational functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires a strong understanding of legal principles and excellent analytical skills, leveraging an LLB degree to assist with compliance, documentation, and organizational tasks. Ideal for a professional with 2-4 years of experience looking to contribute to a dynamic tech environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents, contracts, and agreements relevant to technology projects.
Support compliance initiatives and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements within the emerging technologies sector.
Manage and organize back-office records, databases, and documentation systems.
Facilitate communication between different departments, including legal, technical, and project management teams.
Provide administrative support for project-related activities, including scheduling meetings and tracking deliverables.
Conduct research on legal and regulatory aspects pertinent to new technologies and business operations.
Handle general office administration, including correspondence, filing, and reporting.
