Background Verification Executive - Packaging & Containers Sector

Role Summary: We are seeking a meticulous and diligent Background Verification Executive with 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Noida. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough background checks on potential employees to ensure compliance and integrity within our organization. This role is crucial for maintaining our high standards in the Packaging & Containers industry. Post Graduation is not a requirement for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive background verifications for new hires, including employment history, educational qualifications, and criminal record checks.

Liaise with external agencies, educational institutions, and previous employers to gather accurate information.

Maintain detailed and confidential records of all verification processes and outcomes.

Identify and report any discrepancies or red flags during the verification process to the HR and management teams.

Ensure all verification activities are conducted in compliance with relevant laws and company policies.

Assist in the development and refinement of background verification procedures.

Manage a high volume of verification requests efficiently and within defined timelines.
