Bancassurance Manager

Role Summary: The Bancassurance Manager will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with partner banks to drive the sale of insurance products through the banking channel. This role requires a strategic approach to identify opportunities, build strong partnerships, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement bancassurance strategies to achieve sales targets.

Identify and onboard new bank partners, and nurture existing relationships.

Collaborate with bank staff to train them on insurance products and sales processes.

Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and company policies.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Manage a team of bancassurance sales executives, if applicable.
