Bancassurance Manager - B.A Professionals (2-4 Yrs)

We are seeking a motivated and diligent Bancassurance Manager with 2-4 years of experience and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree to join our team in Noida. This role is crucial for developing and managing strategic partnerships with banking institutions to drive our electrical equipment product sales through the banking channel. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and relationship management skills, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and financial product integration.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and nurture relationships with partner banks to promote and sell Havells' electrical products.

Design and implement bancassurance strategies and sales plans tailored to banking channels.

Train bank staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and the benefits of our electrical equipment.

Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide regular reports to management.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies related to bancassurance operations.

Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing collateral and promotional campaigns for banking partners.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the bancassurance channel.
