Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with banking partners to identify opportunities for cross-selling insurance products.
- Develop and implement bancassurance strategies tailored to the content development and language industry.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine product offerings and sales approaches.
- Train bank staff on insurance products, sales techniques, and compliance.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance guidelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in partner banks.
- Contribute to the development of marketing materials and sales collateral.
