Key Responsibilities:

- Understand the financial needs of clients and offer suitable insurance and investment products through banking channels.
- Achieve sales targets and growth objectives for bancassurance products.
- Conduct regular training and awareness sessions for bank staff on product features and sales techniques.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and company policies related to bancassurance operations.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of applications and policy issuance.
