Job Description
Role Summary: The Bank Teller / Clerk will be responsible for handling daily financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer service within the company's internal finance department. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments accurately and efficiently.
- Verify customer identities and account information.
- Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate company products and services.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and security for all financial transactions.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including filing and data entry.
- Adhere to all company policies and regulatory requirements.
