Bank Teller / Clerk (3-4 Yrs Experience)

Role Summary: We are seeking a diligent and organized Bank Teller / Clerk with 3-4 years of experience to join our finance team in Thiruvananthapuram. This role is crucial for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth day-to-day banking operations. The ideal candidate will possess a Master of Arts degree and demonstrate strong attention to detail, customer service skills, and a thorough understanding of banking procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers.

Verify and balance cash drawers daily, ensuring all discrepancies are identified and resolved.

Handle customer inquiries and provide information regarding account balances, transaction history, and banking services.

Assist with opening and closing of accounts, and process loan payments.

Maintain a high level of customer service, building rapport and trust with clients.

Ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Assist with clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and preparing reports.

Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure seamless service.
