Key Responsibilities:
- Process daily financial transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
- Verify customer identification and account details for all transactions.
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer daily and reconcile any discrepancies.
- Prepare and record financial data in the company's accounting software, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Assist with bank statement reconciliation and identify any variances.
- Generate financial reports as required by the management.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Provide support for audits by preparing necessary documentation and data.
- Utilize MCA knowledge to develop or refine data management processes for financial records.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve financial queries and ensure efficient workflow.
