Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our Banking Operations team. This role will involve supporting various banking functions critical to the smooth operation of our retail business. The successful candidate will contribute to ensuring efficient transaction processing, reconciliation, and adherence to regulatory compliance within the banking domain.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process and reconcile various banking transactions, including payments, receipts, and transfers.
- Assist in managing bank accounts and relationships with financial institutions.
- Prepare reports on banking activities and cash flow for management review.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external banking regulations.
- Support the resolution of banking-related discrepancies and queries.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Finance, Accounts Payable/Receivable) to ensure seamless financial operations.
- Assist in the implementation of new banking systems or processes.
- Monitor and manage daily banking operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Banking Operations Manager.
