Role Summary: The Banking Operations specialist will be responsible for managing and overseeing various banking and financial operations crucial for the smooth functioning of our food processing business. This role requires a proactive approach to financial management, ensuring compliance, and optimizing banking relationships to support our growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day banking transactions, including fund transfers, payments, and receipts.
Reconcile bank statements with company accounts and resolve discrepancies.
Liaise with banks and financial institutions to maintain strong relationships and negotiate favorable terms.
Assist in managing foreign exchange transactions and hedging strategies.
Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and internal financial policies.
Support the finance team in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
Monitor cash flow and provide regular reports to management.
Implement and improve banking processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
