Role Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our Banking Operations team. This role will be instrumental in managing and optimizing our financial transactions, ensuring compliance, and supporting the overall financial health of our growing leather goods startup. You will work closely with internal teams and external financial institutions to streamline processes and mitigate risks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily banking activities, including transaction processing, reconciliation, and cash management.
- Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions, negotiating terms and ensuring optimal service delivery.
- Monitor and analyze cash flow, providing regular reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant banking regulations and company policies.
- Process payments, invoices, and other financial transactions accurately and on time.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs in banking operations.
- Handle foreign exchange transactions and manage associated risks.
- Support the finance team with ad-hoc banking and financial analysis projects.
