Role Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and legally inclined individual to join our Banking Operations team in Kochi. This role will focus on the operational and compliance aspects of banking transactions within the courier and logistics sector. The ideal candidate will leverage their LLB degree to ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and process banking transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.
- Assist in the reconciliation of bank statements and internal financial records.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in banking operations, collaborating with internal teams and external banking partners.
- Support the legal and compliance team in interpreting and applying banking laws and regulations to operational processes.
- Prepare reports on banking activities and operational performance for management review.
- Maintain accurate records of all banking-related documentation.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within banking operations to enhance efficiency and reduce risk.
- Ensure timely settlement of payments and receipts, managing cash flow effectively.
- Liaise with bank representatives to resolve queries and facilitate smooth banking operations.
