Banking Operations Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Banking Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing various banking operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting financial transactions within our organization. This role is crucial for maintaining the smooth financial functioning of our defence and aerospace projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily banking activities, including account reconciliation, fund transfers, and payment processing.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant banking regulations and internal policies.
• Liaise with banks and financial institutions to resolve queries and manage relationships.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements related to banking operations.
• Support treasury functions and cash management activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience in banking operations or a similar finance role.
• Strong understanding of banking processes, financial instruments, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite.
