We are seeking a motivated individual with 1-3 years of experience and an M.Des degree to join our team in Nasik, focusing on the financial restructuring and potential dissolution processes within our real estate development projects. This role is crucial for navigating complex financial challenges and ensuring compliance with Indian bankruptcy laws.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze the financial health of distressed projects and identify potential bankruptcy triggers.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and documentation required for bankruptcy proceedings.
- Collaborate with legal counsel and financial advisors to develop restructuring or liquidation strategies.
- Conduct market research and feasibility studies for distressed assets, considering design and urban planning implications.
- Develop conceptual designs or proposals for asset repurposing or phased redevelopment as part of a restructuring plan.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant Indian laws and regulations pertaining to insolvency and bankruptcy.
- Monitor the progress of bankruptcy proceedings and report on key milestones and outcomes.
