We are seeking a dedicated Bankruptcy Analyst with 3-4 years of experience to join our Corporate Finance team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will possess an MBA/PGDM and a strong understanding of financial restructuring, insolvency proceedings, and risk management within the Indian corporate context. This role will involve analyzing financial distress, assisting in the formulation of recovery strategies, and ensuring compliance with relevant legal frameworks. You will play a crucial role in safeguarding the company's financial health and optimizing outcomes in challenging situations.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth financial analysis of companies facing potential insolvency or bankruptcy.

Assist in developing and implementing corporate restructuring and turnaround plans.

Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders on financial distress scenarios.

Monitor and ensure compliance with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) of India and other relevant regulations.

Collaborate with legal counsel, financial advisors, and other external parties involved in bankruptcy proceedings.

Perform due diligence and risk assessment related to distressed assets and investments.

Support negotiation processes with creditors and other parties involved in financial resolutions.
