Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bankruptcy and Insolvency Specialist to join our finance team. This role will be crucial in managing and navigating complex insolvency proceedings, debt restructuring, and recovery processes for distressed assets within our portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Indian insolvency laws and a proven track record in handling such cases effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- • Oversee and manage all aspects of bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings for the company and its clients.
- • Advise on debt restructuring, corporate insolvency resolution processes (CIRP), and liquidation under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (IBC).
- • Liaise with legal counsel, financial advisors, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders involved in insolvency matters.
- • Conduct financial analysis, due diligence, and valuation of distressed assets and businesses.
- • Develop and implement recovery strategies to maximize asset realization and minimize losses.
- • Prepare and present reports, financial statements, and legal documentation related to insolvency cases.
- • Stay updated on the latest amendments and judicial pronouncements related to the IBC and other relevant laws.
