Bankruptcy Specialist (M.Des Required) - Delhi

Role Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Bankruptcy Specialist with 1-2 years of experience and an M.Des degree to join our team in Delhi. This role will involve supporting our clients with various aspects of bankruptcy processes, including data analysis, documentation, and process improvement within the BPO/Call Centre domain. The ideal candidate will leverage their design thinking and analytical skills to identify inefficiencies and propose innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the analysis of financial data related to bankruptcy filings and claims.
- Support the preparation and review of bankruptcy-related documentation and reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand and streamline bankruptcy processes.
- Utilize M.Des principles to identify areas for process optimization and user experience improvement within the bankruptcy workflow.
- Conduct research on relevant bankruptcy laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Contribute to the development of new strategies and tools to enhance efficiency in bankruptcy case management.
- Manage client interactions and communication regarding ongoing bankruptcy matters.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for bankruptcy-related services.
