Support the senior management in developing event proposals, menus, and floor plans.

Liaise with F&B, culinary, and service teams to ensure flawless execution of events.

Manage on-site event operations, including guest reception, service coordination, and problem-solving.

Conduct post-event evaluations and gather client feedback for continuous improvement.

Maintain inventory of banquet supplies and equipment.

Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
