Banquet Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Banquet Manager to oversee and manage all banquet operations for our corporate events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities. The Banquet Manager will be responsible for ensuring seamless execution of events, maintaining high standards of service, and managing budgets effectively. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and execute all banquet events, ensuring they align with UPL's brand and objectives.
- Manage event logistics, including room setup, A/V requirements, catering, and staffing.
- Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., HR, Administration, Marketing) to ensure smooth event planning and execution.
- Supervise and train banquet staff, ensuring high levels of service quality and professionalism.
- Liaise with external vendors and suppliers to procure necessary services and materials.
- Handle client inquiries, provide quotations, and manage contracts for banquet services.
- Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain inventory of banquet supplies and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
