Banquet Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Banquet Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our event services, ensuring exceptional guest experiences. This role involves coordinating with clients, managing staff, and ensuring seamless execution of banquets and events hosted at our facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and a passion for creating memorable events.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute banquet event strategies to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.
2. Liaise with clients to understand their event requirements, offering customized solutions and menu planning.
3. Manage and train banquet staff, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
4. Oversee event setup, including room layout, decorations, and AV equipment.
5. Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
6. Manage event budgets, including cost control and profitability analysis.
7. Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
8. Collaborate with other departments, such as F&B and Sales, to ensure smooth event operations.
