Banquet Manager

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Banquet Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our banquet operations. The Banquet Manager will be responsible for ensuring seamless execution of events, maintaining high standards of service, and driving revenue growth for our banquet facilities. This role requires a strong understanding of event planning, F&B operations, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and execute all banquet events, including corporate meetings, weddings, and social gatherings.
• Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their event requirements and preferences, offering customized solutions.
• Supervise and train banquet staff, ensuring adherence to service standards and operational procedures.
• Manage food and beverage services for banquets, including menu planning, inventory control, and quality assurance.
• Ensure timely setup and breakdown of banquet venues, including decorations and audiovisual equipment.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and kitchen, to ensure successful event execution.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships with clients.
