The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless execution of events, maintaining high standards of service, and contributing to client satisfaction. This role requires a meticulous approach to planning, coordination, and execution of all banquet functions, ensuring profitability and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, organize, and execute all banquet events, including corporate meetings, conferences, and special functions, ensuring adherence to client requirements and company standards.
- Coordinate with the F&B team, kitchen staff, and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Manage event budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Oversee the setup and breakdown of event spaces, ensuring they meet the required layout and aesthetic standards.
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs, provide recommendations, and ensure their expectations are met or exceeded.
- Train and manage banquet staff, ensuring they are well-versed in service protocols and company policies.
- Monitor inventory of banquet supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to identify areas for improvement and gather client feedback.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
