Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Banquet Manager to join our dynamic team in Noida. The Banquet Manager will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and coordination of various corporate events, client meetings, and internal functions held at our premises. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced Investment Banking / Venture Capital / Private Equity environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the end-to-end planning and execution of banquets, conferences, and corporate events.
Coordinate with vendors, catering services, and internal teams to ensure seamless event operations.
Manage event logistics, including venue setup, AV equipment, and seating arrangements.
Prepare event budgets and track expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to understand their event requirements.
Handle on-site event management, troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
Maintain inventory of event supplies and ensure readiness for upcoming events.
Support in creating event timelines and managing schedules.
Gather feedback post-event to identify areas for improvement.
Adhere to company policies and safety standards during all events.
