Banquet Manager - Investment Banking / Venture Capital / Private Equity (1-2 Yrs Exp)

We are seeking a meticulous and organized Banquet Manager with 1-2 years of experience and an M.Tech degree to join our Investment Banking division in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of event planning and execution, ensuring seamless and professional experiences for our high-profile clients and internal stakeholders. This role requires a strong understanding of event logistics, stakeholder management, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning and execution of corporate events, client meetings, and internal functions.

Coordinate with vendors, catering services, and venue management to ensure smooth event operations.

Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness.

Prepare event materials, presentations, and reports.

Liaise with internal departments to understand event requirements and ensure alignment.

Provide on-site support during events, addressing any issues that may arise.

Maintain event documentation and post-event analysis.

Ensure compliance with company policies and event protocols.
